Off the shoulder tops and dresses are so popular this summer, and are definitely a wardrobe staple must have and necessity in every woman’s closet. One of the best aspects of off the shoulder tops are how subtlety sexy  and feminine they are. You’re not showing off anything inappropriate, just a few more inches of your neck and shoulder area, but the effect on your overall look is a subtle hint of sexiness. The over the shoulder look has been with us since the 1800’s (yes, they were quite fashionable back then) and over the years it has seen being reinvented time and time again.
